Mercedes Sprinter Full Guard Front Bumper

If you're looking to enhance functionality and add protection to the front of your Sprinter van without incurring excess weight, our full guard bumper is the perfect solution. The outer shell is made from 3/16" 5052 aluminium, featuring an internal 3/16-inch rib system for additional reinforcement. The mounting brackets and winch cradle are crafted from 1/4-inch thick steel to ensure strength is precisely where it's most needed. Steel shackle mounts and a 2-inch receiver are integrated into the winch mount, providing you with a hybrid design that is both lightweight and durable in critical areas.

  • Winch mount for Warn 12k winches or similar
  • Additional wrap-around frame brackets for strength
  • 1” thick shackle mounts for ¾” shackles

• 4 square light pockets that accept most light pods
• Full frontal coverage of the DEF tank
• Full tube bull bar for added protection
  • 2 3/8" aluminum center tube and 2" aluminum outer tube
• Exceeds Mercedes airflow requirements
• All bumpers are produced with sensor hole cutouts.  Machined sensor cap deletes or housings for factory sensors* are included.
• Vehicle Fitment: Mercedes Sprinter Van (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024)

• (If ordering for a Sprinter 5.0T dually, please select the 4WD option regardless if your  van is 4WD or 2WD. You will need our 4WD brackets for your 5T van. The 5t requires you to remove the DEF tank to drill your own holes into the frame. Contact Rhodes Vans for additional information.)
